My New Found Love For Bread

My New Found Love For Bread

As I walk back to our hotel after today’s sessions I was hit by an amazing aroma that immediately caught my attention. As I look I see a small bakery with bright lights shining from its ceiling with the cutest cakes under them. I viewed the different choices for a loaf of the bread. The choices consisted of chocolate, sugar, and raisins. I’m not much of a chocolate or raisins person so I decided to get the sugar loaf. After purchasing the loaf of bread, I immediately grabbed a piece from the bag. The moment it touched my fingers, I fell in love. The warmth it brought to my finger tips on this cold breezy day was an amazing feeling. I then raised it to my nose to smell it once again. It seemed to be a mix of sugar and cinnamon, similar to a Cinnabon cinnamon roll. As I ate the loaf of bread, I felt mixed emotions about how the bread tasted. The bread was warm to the touch and even warmer when it reach my mouth. It tasted like some type of cake bread, it was truly the most amazing piece of bread I had ever tasted. Immediately after, I thought to myself, “I must bring this delicious pastry back home for my friends to try.”
