When you hear about
the infamous Paris, France the first thing that pops up in your mind is the Eiffel
Tower.Standing 1,063 feet (324 m)
tall , built in January 28, 1887,
the Eiffel Tower is one of the largest standing buildings in Paris France. Looking
over the city of Franc allowing tourist to see their city all from the top of
the tower. Did you know that the original design of the Eiffel Tower didn't look
like the one you see today? Eiffel said it was missing something, so he rejected Koechlin’s original plan for the
tower, instructing him to add more ornate flourishes taking over several
hundred of workers spending over two years assembling the framework of the
iconic lattice tower.
Did you know that the
Eiffel Tower wasn't meant to be a life long standing monument ? it was suppose
to be knocked down back in 1909 and scraped However, citizens wanted to save it
and its now the face of Paris.
